Silver Hollow Audio is a marriage of true minds. In 2005, Brett and Rebecca Barry built a studio in Chichester, New York, as an outpost for high-quality audio production in the heart of the Catskill Mountains. Rebecca is a bibliophile who has worked with books for a decade, in a publishing house, in a library, and as a freelance book reviewer. She is the editor of Fine Books & Collections. Brett is a voice-over performer whose credits include national commercials, promos and audiobook narration. He is represented by Access Talent in New York City.

Audiobooks offered the perfect opportunity for Brett and Rebecca to combine and utilize their talents. Silver Hollow Audio launched its first title, Henry Beston’s The Outermost House, in 2007, and continues to publish audiobooks about the journey and the places where nature, travel and history intersect.

Daily production has grown to include everything from television promos, to corporate narration, to public radio segments and live roundtable discussions. Our clients range from well-known publishers, to international television networks, to the U.S. government, to our local library!
